Delegate - Web Application - Release Notes 1.5.3

New Features and Enhancements:

1. Send and CC User-Wise Report

We are excited to introduce a new feature that allows users and admins to track email activity (sent and CC'd emails) with enhanced visibility and control.

Key Features:

  • Admin Access:

    • Admins can now view email activity (sent and CC'd) for all users across the organization.

    • Filter reports by:

      • Time Duration (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly).

      • Individual Users (drill down into specific users).

  • Department Head and User Access:

    • Department Head can now view their own email activity and the department user activity if the users keep department head in CC'd.

    • All the User can see only their own reports 

2. DAR HR Analytics

We are introducing a powerful HR analytics feature that provides detailed insights into report-sharing activity across the organization.

Key Features:

  • Report Shared Users:

    • Track which users have shared reports via email.

    • Metrics include:

      • Number of reports shared.

      • Frequency of sharing.

      • Recipients of shared reports (internal/external).

    • Identify users who have not shared any reports 

  • Duration Filters:

    • Filter data by:

      • Date Range (e.g., last week, last month, custom range).

      • Frequency (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly)

      • Shared and Not Shares Report Filter

Delegate - Web Application - Release Notes 1.5.2

1. TV Dashboard

Project Performance Overview:

* Displays key project metrics including "New", "In Progress", and "Completed" tasks.

* Individual team members' contributions are highlighted.

Enhanced Scroll Controls:

* Added horizontal and vertical scroll delay settings for smoother navigation.

* Users can adjust scroll speed with sliders.

Project Selection Filters:

* Ability to filter projects dynamically from a customizable list.

* Toggle between individual projects or view all at once.


2. Project task Flow Creation

Visual Workflow Builder:

* Clickable interface to create and manage workflows.

* Easy linking between different users and process stages.

User Role Assignment:

* Users can be assigned specific roles (e.g., Developer, QA, Tester).

* Clear visibility of responsibilities within a project.

Flow Creation & Management:

* Users can create, edit, and delete workflows for projects.

* Each flow is associated with a project and can be modified as needed.

Save & Close Functionality:

* Users can save workflows to retain progress.

* Option to close without making changes

  1. Projects - Search

    • A search functionality has been added to the Projects section.

    • Users can now easily search for specific projects by entering project names.

  2. Admin Master - Create Tags

    • Admins now have the ability to create tags in the Admin Master section.

    • Tags can be used for categorizing, organizing, and filtering data across the platform.

  3. Create Project - Create Tags

    • While creating a new project, users can now create a tags directly.

  4. In Milestone - Tag Filter

    • A tag filter has been introduced in the Milestone section.

    • Users can filter tasks or milestones based on specific tags, making it easier to focus on relevant items.

  5. Features - Slider in Update Status and Features Count & Features Priority by Moving the Slide

    • A slider has been added to the Features section for updating the status of features.

    • Users can now adjust the priority of features by moving the slider.

    • The feature count help us to identify the number of features  

  6. Milestone Task Transfer Controlled - Task Transfer in 3 Days 

    • A new restriction has been implemented for task transfers within milestones.

    • Tasks can only be transferred to another milestone within 3 days of their creation.

  7. Daily Report One-Time Send Validation

    • A validation check has been added to ensure that daily reports are sent only once per day.

    • This prevents duplicate reports and ensures accurate reporting.

  8. Add More Task in Create Task

    • The Create Task functionality has been enhanced to allow users to add multiple tasks templates  while creating a new tasks.

Delegate - Web Application - Major Release 1.5.0 


1. Features: Add, Edit, Delete, Update.

  • Functionality:

    • Add: Create new feature for the projects or milestones.

    • Edit: Modify existing  feature projects or milestones.

    • Delete: Remove unnecessary or outdated projects or milestones.

    • Update: Refresh details or statuses of projects or milestones.

    • Drag: Users Can Drag the feature and update the status 

2. Daily Accountable Report

  • Purpose: To provide a daily summary of tasks and progress for better accountability.

  • Functionality:

    • Automatically generates a report and send completed, in progress, and overdue tasks through email

    • Includes details like task name, assigned user, status, and time spent.

3. Edit Task

  • Purpose: To allow users to modify task details as needed.

  • Functionality:

    • Edit task name, description, due date, assigned user, and status.

    • Update task progress or reassign tasks to other team members.

4. Edit Project

  • Purpose: To enable users to update project details.

  • Functionality:

    • Edit project name, description, start and end dates, and associated milestones.

    • Update project status (e.g., active, completed, on hold).

5. Edit Milestone

  • Purpose: To provide flexibility in managing project milestones.

  • Functionality:

    • Edit milestone name, description, start and end dates, and associated tasks.

    • Update milestone progress based on task completion.

6. Delete Milestone

  • Purpose: To remove unnecessary or outdated milestones.

  • Functionality:

    • Delete a milestone and its associated tasks (if applicable).

    • Confirmation prompt to prevent accidental deletion.

7. Add New Task While Creating Task

  • Purpose: To streamline task creation and improve efficiency.

  • Functionality:

    • Users can add multiple tasks in one go while creating a task.

    • Option to assign tasks to team members and set due dates during creation

8. Project Members: View and Delete

  • Purpose: To manage team members associated with a project.

  • Functionality:

    • View a list of all project members and their roles.

    • Delete members who are no longer part of the project.

9. Update Status from Completed

  • Purpose: To allow users to revert task status if needed.

  • Functionality:

    • Change the status of a task from "Completed" back to "In Progress" or "Hold."

    • Useful for tasks that require rework or additional updates.

10. Task Filter

  • Purpose: To help users quickly find and organize tasks.

  • Functionality:

    • Filter tasks by:

      • Assigned user

      • Department

      • Creator

11. Task Milestone Transfer

  • Purpose: To allow users to reassign tasks to different milestones.

  • Functionality:

    • Move a task from one milestone to another.

    • Update task details (e.g., due date, priority) during transfer.
